By accessing or using any Purispherix Service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional guidelines posted within the Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

• Users must be at least 18 years old, or 12–17 with parental consent and supervision.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You may:

• Browse, purchase, and review products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Download one copy of mobile apps on your personal device.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, data mining, or automated access.
• Posting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access to any system.
• Using our products to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases without professional supervision.

All text, graphics, trademarks, firmware, and code are the exclusive property of Purispherix or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international IP laws. Limited, revocable, non-transferable licence granted solely for intended use.

We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders that violate pricing integrity, even after confirmation.

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites. Purispherix is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or transactions.

Except as expressly stated, Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Purispherix, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages exceeding the amount you paid to Purispherix for the applicable product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purispherix from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Clauses regarding IP, liability, indemnity and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumer disputes we first seek amicable resolution within 30 days of notice; failing which, parties may proceed to litigation or mutually agreed arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via e-mail or banner notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
