Shipping & Delivery Policy

• India: All states and union territories except restricted military zones.
• International: 40+ countries; live list shown at checkout.

• Orders placed before 14:00 IST: dispatched the same business day.
• Orders after 14:00 IST, weekends or public holidays: next business day.
• Pre-order items ship on the advertised release date.

• Standard Surface: 5–7 business days.
• Expedited Air: 2–3 business days.
• Same-Day Delivery (Bengaluru city limits): if ordered before 11:00 IST.

International transit: 5–12 business days, excluding customs clearance.

• Domestic shipping is free for prepaid orders ≥ ₹999; else flat ₹79.
• Cash-on-Delivery surcharge ₹50.
• International shipping is weight-based; estimate displayed at checkout.
• Import duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated "DDP".

A tracking link is e-mailed/SMSed once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Signature or OTP may be required on delivery. Undeliverable parcels are held for 7 days before being returned to origin.

Report visible damage or tampering to the courier immediately and to us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

We are not liable for delays caused by force-majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics) or customs inspections.
