Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation

Self-service cancellation within 12 hours of purchase from your account dashboard or via e-mail.
After dispatch, the order can only be returned, not cancelled.

4.2 Return Eligibility

Window: 7 calendar days from delivery.
Condition: unused, unwashed, original tags & packaging.
Non-returnable: perishables, health supplements with tamper-evident seal broken, customised items, final-sale merchandise.

4.3 Return Process

E-mail purispherix@proton.me with order ID, photos and reason.

Receive RMA number and pickup schedule or return address.
Pack the item securely; attach the provided label.
Refund or replacement processed within 7 business days of warehouse inspection.

4.4 Refund Method

Original payment source (card, UPI, wallet) within 5–14 business days, subject to gateway timelines.
For COD orders, refund via IMPS/NEFT to your bank account.

4.5 Warranty Claims

Certain electronics carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Detailed terms are supplied with the product.
